Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with licence to practise.
• Inclusion on NHS England Medical Performers List.
• Experience in UK general practice and in-person/remote consultations.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face, telephone and video consultations.
• Treat patients through urgent on-the-day and routine appointments.
• Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe safely within current guidelines.
• Undertake home visits where clinically appropriate.
• Keep accurate clinical records on EMIS Web.
