Job summary

Stone Cross Surgery, a GMS practice serving around 15,000 patients across three sites, is seeking a Salaried GP. The role focuses on a personal patient list with in-person and telephone consultations, home visits, and QoF-driven care under the GMS contract.

The post includes a rotating duty doctor session finishing at 6.30pm, in collaboration with partners, nurse practitioners and pharmacists. GMC registration and MRCGP merit a strong profile.

Qualifications

• GP with GMC registration and CCT/MRCGP where applicable.
• Understanding of GMS contract and QoF targets.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a practice team.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to a personal patient list and deliver care under the GMS contract.
• Conduct in-person and telephone consultations, home visits and repeat prescribing.
• Cover rotating duty doctor sessions with a 6.30pm finish and maintain records.
• Check prescriptions, document clinically and complete required reports.
