Leisure People seeks a highly autonomous General Manager to lead one of its busy entertainment centres in Hull. The role offers a £45,000 base salary with an OTE of £60,000+, and the freedom to shape the centre's commercial and operational performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive four revenue streams—bar, diner, amusements and bowling—manage a budget of about £1 million, and develop a motivated team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on General Manager experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Experience managing a budget of at least £1m.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and improving performance.

Responsibilities

• Run one busy entertainment centre.
• Drive revenue across bar, diner, amusements and bowling.
• Deliver against budget and KPIs to maximise profitability.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team delivering exceptional service.
