Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a General Manager to run one of our busy centres in the UK. You will create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment while driving the financial and commercial performance across bar, diner, amusements and bowling.

You will lead, coach and motivate a team, delivering excellent service and ensuring KPIs and budgets are met. This is a highly autonomous role with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Hands-on General Manager with leisure/hospitality/retail experience preferred.
• Experience managing a budget of at least £1m.
• Proven track record of delivering top operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Run a busy centre and create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for the team and customers.
• Drive financial and commercial performance across revenue streams: bar, diner, amusements, and bowling.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service.
