Job summary

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust invites an experienced ENP/ECP to join the Minor Injury Unit at Malvern Community Hospital. The role is 34.5 hours per week, offering autonomy, clinical variety and opportunities to develop within emergency care.

You will assess, treat and discharge minor injuries, deputise for the MIU Lead, and work with a supportive team across the trust. UK registration required.

Qualifications

• Significant ENP/Care Practitioner experience in a minor injuries or A&E setting.
• Autonomous practitioner with broad clinical skills.
• Experience of suturing, infiltration, plaster application.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat and discharge patients with minor injuries autonomously.
• Provide expert knowledge to junior team members and support developmental role.
• Deputise for the MIU Lead to ensure a consistent workforce across units.
