Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current UK registration.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement and evaluate clinical care for patients at home.
• Supervise health care assistants and support training of student nurses.
• Work across 7 days and manage a defined caseload in the absence of the District Nurse.
• Promote NHS values and provide compassionate, person-centred care.
