Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking caring, motivated Community Nurses to join the Liskeard-Looe Community Nursing Team. You will work autonomously yet collaborate with GP practices, therapists and voluntary partners across Liskeard, Looe and surrounding areas, delivering person-centred care in patients' homes.

The role includes travel to patient homes, transporting clinical equipment, and shifts 08:00-16:00 or 14:00-22:00.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with current UK registration.
• Evidence of recent professional development.
• Mentor qualification or willingness to work towards mentorship updates.
• Current professional registration - NMC.
• Post-registration diploma or be working towards a degree.
