Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts as the main contact.
• Process enquiries, quotations and purchase orders via the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Field Sales, Engineering and Planning to update customers on delivery schedules.
• Act as escalation point for disputes and complex requests within the team.
• Support and deputise for the Customer Services Manager when needed.
