Woodbank Surgery is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our growing GP team in the United Kingdom. You will work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical care across acute and chronic conditions.

The role includes same-day and urgent care, developing management plans, safe prescribing, and contributing to service development and quality improvement.

Qualificações

• Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to independently manage a broad range of clinical presentations.
• Sound knowledge of evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines.
• Strong clinical decision-making and risk management skills.
• Excellent consultation and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively in a busy environment.
• High standards of record keeping and clinical documentation.
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities for children and vulnerable adults.

Responsabilidades

• Independently assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting with undifferentiated and complex health needs.
• Provide evidence-based treatment, advice and health education.
• Prescribe medication safely and appropriately within professional competence.
• Manage acute illness, minor ailments and long-term conditions.
• Request, interpret and act upon investigations and diagnostic tests.
• Work collaboratively with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits and service development.
• Support the practice in achieving high standards of patient care and clinical governance.
