Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join flexible regional primary care sessions across Clevedon. You will run autonomous ANP-led clinics within established GP and community services, delivering advanced assessments and same-day care.

The role offers full autonomy in clinical practice, with varied weekday/evening/weekend slots and ad-hoc or regular bookings, supported by clear pathways and robust safety systems. DBS clearance and V300 Prescribing are required.

Qualificações

• Must hold Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification.
• Independent Prescribing (V300) required.
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills.
• Confidence working autonomously in new environments.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Run autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings.
• Manage acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations.
• Conduct telephone and face-to-face triage.
• Prescribe safely within scope of competence.
• Review results and handle routine follow-up actions.
• Record accurate clinical notes within the clinic’s digital systems.
