Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities via outbound calls, networking and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and developing partnerships.
• Manage full 360 recruitment process from job brief to sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates.
• Develop a strong candidate network within health and safety.
• Negotiate fees, salaries and terms with clients.
• Manage desk, pipeline and activity, contributing to business growth.
• Provide professional, consultative service to clients and candidates as a trusted partner.
