Pertemps in Leeds is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to own the full 360 recruitment cycle, from winning new business and developing client relationships to sourcing candidates and securing successful placements. You’ll receive structured training, support from an experienced team and clear opportunities to progress.

This role offers a salary up to £30,000 plus bonus, with 30 days’ holiday, pension, and monthly/quarterly incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or B2B sales.
• Enjoys working to targets and building relationships.
• Proactive, organised and resilient with a commercial mindset.
• Full driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Win new business and build client relationships in Leeds and surrounding areas.
• Visit clients to understand their recruitment needs and working environments.
• Provide a consultative recruitment service and develop your desk.
• Source candidates via advertising, networking and proactive searches.
• Interview candidates to assess experience and fit.
• Manage interviews, feedback and offers and keep stakeholders informed.
• Work towards targets and celebrate team success.
