Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Letchworth branch. We are particularly interested in hearing from recruiters with experience in Driving, Industrial, Technical or Commercial recruitment.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle — developing client relationships, winning business, sourcing candidates and filling vacancies.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment.
• Experience in a 360, full-desk recruitment role is advantageous.
• A proven ability to develop new business and build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, resilient and commercially minded approach.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ambition to achieve targets, grow your desk and maximise your earnings.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively identify, approach and win new clients to grow your desk and develop long-term partnerships.
• Account Management: Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, networking and your own initiative to attract high-quality candidates.
• Screening and Interviews: Assess candidate suitability, manage interviews and match the right people to the right opportunities.
• Negotiation and Placement: Manage offers, negotiate terms and salaries, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue, expand client accounts and develop your specialist market.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activity meets relevant legal requirements and company standards.
