Farnborough Audi is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our Aftersales team. In this role you will supervise and motivate Technicians and Apprentices, prioritising daily workload and ensuring service and repair work meets quality and time targets.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will develop brand-specific training and foster high customer satisfaction while complying with DVSA, OEM, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate Technicians & Apprentices and pro-actively review and prioritise the daily workload.
• Day-to-day running of the workshop; support Aftersales Manager and ensure tools needed are available.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks and processes.
• Maintain relationships with vehicle manufacturers and provide support to Technicians during repairs.
• Schedule work to meet customer needs, workshop targets, and parts availability.
• Write technical reports and assist with technical challenges.
