Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is recruiting a Warranty Executive for our Volkswagen Exeter site. You will manage warranty submissions, ensure correct paperwork and handle customer queries with confidence and professionalism.

In this role you will interact with customers on site and by phone, supporting efficient warranty processing and collaborating across teams. Excellent communication, organisation, and a full driving licence are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare all warranty claims for submission to manufacturer for payment.
• Check and clear weekly statements; query overdue/incorrect payments.
• Ensure documentation meets manufacturer guidelines.
• Prepare invoices and warranty claims accurately per standards.
• Maintain control over warranty credits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure timely customer reimbursements and correct policy claims.
• Audit and manage paperwork and open time or job cards as required.
