Responsibilities

• Submit warranty and goodwill claims accurately daily and monitor reports.
• Carry out warranty department admin in line with company policies.
• Administer warranty policy in dealership's and manufacturer’s best interests.
• Keep records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections and goodwill contributions.
• Inform staff of recall campaigns and changes in procedures.
• Ensure frontline staff record warranty diagnoses correctly.
• Maintain relationships with staff, repairers and manufacturers’ reps.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date on warranty procedures and documentation.
• Support staff on all warranty-related matters.
