You will update training materials, assess progress, and provide constructive feedback, while keeping accurate records and ensuring a safe, supportive learning environment. Flexible working arrangements offered.

• Delivering comprehensive training programmes in automotive engineering
• Developing and updating training materials to ensure they meet industry standards and best practices
• Assessing trainees' performance and providing constructive feedback to drive improvement
• Collaborating with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall education experience
• Maintaining accurate records of trainees' progress and achievements
• Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all trainees
