Qualifications

• Strong automotive industry experience, ideally within heavy vehicle or commercial vehicle sectors.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and engineering processes.
• Experience supporting or training others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coaching and training sessions in classroom and online.
• Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
• Manage a caseload of up to 40 learners and monitor progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and documentation.
• Inspire learners to complete their qualifications.
