Job summary

Balance Education Limited in Leamington Spa is seeking an Administrator on a one-year fixed-term contract. The role provides administrative support within the Network Engagement Team, focusing on the Automotive Body Repair Programme and Independent Retailers administration.

You will manage bookings in Excellence LMS, process assessments, generate reports, and communicate outcomes to technicians and managers.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience in coordinating training or events.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential); LMS experience desirable.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Body and Paint Programme; all bookings added into Excellence LMS.
• Manage course bookings and cancellations; admin tasks.
• Raise LMS tickets and respond to general queries for Body Shop.
• Provide monthly course utilisation numbers to the Academy.
• Assist trainer with password resets and LMS access.
• Mark registers and manage no-shows; apply charges as required.
• Monitor locked accounts and aid LMS portal access.
• Support Retailer queries from the generic inbox promptly.
• Support Independent Retailers with bookings, billing and admin.
• Send targeted emails to drive utilisation of courses.
• Coordinate with Network Engagement team on reporting and compliance.
