Job summary

Instinct Resourcing is seeking an Automotive Technical Trainer for a 12-month contract in Nottingham. The role is on-site five days per week with ASAP start, delivering practical, technically accurate training to automotive personnel and supporting their diagnostic capability.

You will run classroom and hands-on sessions, tailor delivery to different levels of knowledge, and ensure learners achieve clear outcomes while maintaining high technical accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training in an automotive environment.
• Ability to simplify complex vehicle systems and diagnostics for varied audiences.
• Confident in presenting technical topics to small and large groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical training to automotive technicians and personnel.
• Provide practical and classroom-based instruction.
