Job summary

Kwik Fit is hiring a Technician Trainer Automotive to deliver technical training at our Training Academy. Based onsite, you will manage the delivery of training schedules, assessments, and documentation, with travel to other UK sites as required.

You will work with the People Team to raise the performance and productivity of staff. The role requires strong communication, customer service focus, and the ability to develop training materials.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English and maths skills.
• Full UK Cat B Drivers Licence — essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Technical Training programmes in line with policy and standards.
• Complete course documentation, exams and assessments.
• Maintain training equipment and aids, and keep materials up to date.
• Contribute to development of Technical Training programmes.
• Engage learners and evaluate programmes for continuous improvement.
