Job summary

Kwik Fit is seeking a dedicated Technical Trainer Grade 1 to deliver hands-on technical training at our Derby Training Academy and across UK sites. You will coach apprentices and existing staff, focusing on practical motor trade skills and standardised training delivery.

You will cover Hybrid & Electric vehicles, MOT and customer care, with emphasis on practical assessment, documentation and continual improvement to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Technical Training programmes aligned with business goals.
• Prepare assessments and examinations and complete course documentation.
• Maintain training equipment and aids and keep materials up to date.
• Contribute to development of Technical Training programmes and provide feedback for improvements.
• Stay updated with market developments and CPD opportunities.
• Evaluate training programmes and drive continuous improvement.
