Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or Fast-Fit/Workshop Advisor.
• Strong customer service and workshop diary experience.
• Automotive-minded with understanding of workshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workshop diary and customer bookings.
• Look after customers from booking through to completion.
• Answer calls and handle reception.
• Liaise with the workshop to keep jobs moving.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Help the site run efficiently day to day.
