Job summary

Marshall Audi Newbury is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join the aftersales team. You will service and maintain a range of vehicles, including diagnostics and warranty work, with digital write-ups and thorough eVHC checks.

A Level 3 qualification and previous service experience are expected; MOT licence is a plus and training is provided where needed. You will work a 45-hour week, including weekends on a rota, with strong focus on safety, quality and customer care as part of a

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience as Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with warranty and servicing exposure.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• MOT Licence is a plus; full training can be provided if not yet qualified.
• Eagerness to learn and progress through manufacturer accreditation training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
• Handle maintenance tasks from oil changes to cambelt changes with digital write-ups and job card completion.
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.
