Job summary

You will handle calls, emails and face-to-face enquiries, coordinate with the workshop, and assist with ordering parts and tyres. The role rewards organised individuals who can work on their own initiative and maintain an exceptional telephone manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in the motor trade.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Ability to work independently using own initiative.
• Previous experience in a customer service role in motor trade would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Preparing job cards accurately with customer requirements.
• Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
• Taking customer bookings via telephone, face to face and e-mail.
• Liaising with the workshop and customers on the progress of their vehicle.
• Ordering parts/tyres.
• Any other duties required.
