Job summary

Webrecruit is seeking a tyre fitter for an automotive retail centre. The role involves fitting tyres, batteries, exhausts and related services to customer vehicles in a busy environment. You will be part of a small team but may work independently, taking pride in high standards of workmanship.

The candidate should have a flexible approach, excellent communication skills, and experience in a retail automotive setting. Training and benefits are provided, including a uniform and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills within a busy retail environment.
• Experience in automotive retail or workshop settings is preferred.
• Willingness to fit tyres, batteries, exhausts and related services safely.

Responsibilities

• To fit any product as specified by the Company to customer vehicles and carry out ancillary services.
• To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis.
• To comply with reasonable instructions from Management.
• To adhere to the Company’s Policy & Procedures.
• The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times.
• To be available for work at the times specified by the Company.
