Job summary

Catering is seeking an organised and customer-focused Service Planner / Administrator in Reading. This fast-paced role involves booking vehicles into the workshop and managing customer interactions throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Administrator, Workshop Planner or similar role.
• Automotive, HGV or LCV experience would be highly advantageous.
• Strong administration and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, MOTs and repairs.
• Manage workshop bookings to maximise capacity.
• Contact customers to arrange appointments and provide updates.
• Raise and prepare job cards and repair orders.
• Invoice completed MOT tests and maintain service records.
