Arden Bridge Services in Redditch is seeking an organised and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. You will welcome customers, manage enquiries, and handle reception duties while coordinating workshop administration and service bookings.

The role combines customer service, workshop administration, and service coordination, acting as the first point of contact for customers and ensuring smooth reception and workshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional and welcoming first impression
• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, both in person and over the phone
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct enquiries appropriately
• Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
• Assist with customer vehicle collections and drop-offs where required
• Create and manage job cards for workshop bookings
• Produce customer quotations and estimates
• Generate invoices and process customer payments
• Process loan vehicle documentation and maintain accurate records
• Maintain and update the MOT diary, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently
• Keep trade account invoicing accurate and up to date
• Order vehicle parts and source the most cost-effective suppliers while maintaining quality and availability
• Monitor and set up WhatsApp groups to assist with communication and workflow management
• Carry out day-to-day administrative duties to support the smooth running of the business
• Maintain the reception and customer waiting area, ensuring it remains clean, professional, and fully stocked
• Keep accurate records of employee annual leave and holidays
• Support the workshop team with administrative and operational tasks as required
