Job summary

Stratstone Wolverhampton JLR, part of Lithia, is seeking a Booking Advisor to handle inbound/outbound service bookings and MOTs. You’ll build strong customer relationships while promoting products and services and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.

The role blends fast-paced service with a customer-first culture, offering a base salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £34,000, 33 days holiday, pension and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Equipped with previous customer-facing experience, preferably with knowledge of the automotive industry.
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish strong rapport with our customers.
• Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages, database experience is desirable.
• Able to adhere to all company and manufacturer policies and protocols.
• Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for service, MOT, vehicle maintenance and other aftersales-related bookings.
• Build authentic relationships and strong rapport with every customer, with a key focus on enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
• Be a true expert and fully knowledgeable on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence.
• Proactively conducting follow-up calls related to divisional marketing campaigns.
• Ensure systems stay up to date in accordance with database protocols and guidelines.
