Stratstone Wolverhampton JLR is seeking a proactive Bookings Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls for service and MOT bookings, while building lasting relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is required.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
