Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in automotive services.
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound service bookings and MOT inquiries.
• Advise customers on products and services, maintaining brand standards.
• Build rapport and loyalty with customers to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Keep customer data up to date in the database per protocols.
• Support divisional marketing follow-up campaigns as needed.
