Lithia UK are recruiting a Stratstone Wilmslow Porsche Bookings Advisor to handle inbound and outbound calls for service, MOT and vehicle maintenance bookings. You will build strong customer relationships, promote services, and keep systems up to date.

You should have prior customer-facing experience (ideally in automotive), be a confident communicator, and be proficient with Microsoft packages and CRM systems. A strong passion for the automotive industry is essential.

At Porsche, our Bookings Advisor’s are the first point of contact for our customers, attentively listening to their needs and recommending suitable products and services. You’ll conduct inbound and outbound calls for service, MOT, vehicle maintenance and other aftersales-related bookings whilst building strong relationships with our customers ensuring that their satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:

• Expertly managing inbound and outbound calls with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing profitability
• Building authentic relationships and strong rapport with every customer, with a key focus on enhancing customer loyalty and retention
