Job summary

Pentagon Motor Group in Mansfield is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional aftersales service, handle customer enquiries, promote value-added services and coordinate workshop loading. You will liaise between customers and the workshop, ensure accurate documentation and provide timely updates throughout the service journey.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a busy, fast paced office environment.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and a positive can do attitude.
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of courtesy and integrity when dealing with customers and the public.
• Explain repairs, costs, timescales and keep customers updated during the service journey.
• Quote correct repair times on orders to maximise sold hours and labour revenue.
• Attend to workshop loading to maximise technician efficiency and minimise idle time.
