Job summary

Heritage Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor to provide a high level of customer service while vehicles are serviced, and to coordinate with workshop teams to ensure smooth progress. You will present additional work suggestions and costs to customers and maintain accurate service records.

The role emphasises strong administrative skills, teamwork, and a proactive approach. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential, with a focus on excellent customer experience.

• Experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within automotive or high-end sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional customer service while their vehicle is with us and track progress through workshops.
• Liaise with workshop and parts teams to coordinate work and costs for customers.
