Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service during vehicle servicing and repair.

• Manage customer bookings, enquiries and service updates efficiently.
• Ensure records and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with technicians and Aftersales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
