Evans Halshaw Derby is seeking a confident Business Manager to lead a Hyundai sales team in Derby. You will drive sales opportunities, build customer rapport, coach your team, and align targets with budget while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Offering £26,000 basic with OTE £60,000, a company car, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday incl. bank holidays, and exclusive employee discounts, this role rewards leadership and performance within a major automotive retailer.

Responsabilités

• Drive the sales team to optimise Finance and Insurance opportunities.
• Establish wants/needs of customers while building rapport to retain them to the brand and business.
• Handle enquiry management, motivate team to convert prospects to customers.
• Work under pressure, set targets and monitor performance against budget.
• Identify shortfalls and address with team and Sales Manager.
• Provide regular feedback on performance, targets and coaching to develop the team.
