Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior sales/managerial role within automotive retail.
- Strong leadership, coaching and development skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Solid understanding of finance and insurance products and FCA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Direct and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Hold regular one-to-one meetings to review performance and training needs.
- Coach team members to maximise opportunities and profitability.
- Ensure volume, margin and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
- Oversee vehicle, finance and insurance sales in line with FCA requirements.
- Monitor lead management and follow-up on enquiries.
- Close vehicle sales and manage part exchanges where applicable.
