You will actively prospect, negotiate deals and build a robust enquiry database while gaining product knowledge through manufacturer-led training; uncapped earnings accompany a structured progression path within a global automotive group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships
• Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm

Responsabilités

• Guide customers through a seamless journey, from the initial welcome to negotiation and the handover of their purchased vehicle
• Actively prospect for new customers via telephone, attend product launches and events, and maintain a comprehensive enquiry database
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and continuously enhance expertise through manufacturer-led training sessions
• Recommend suitable add-on products that align with customer needs and preferences
• Ensure the effective use of customer enquiry management systems for optimal tracking and follow-up
• Deliver outstanding customer service that fosters loyalty and encourages referrals
