Job summary

Planet Recruitment is seeking a confident Sales Executive to join an established automotive business in Oxford. You will drive sales, advise customers and handle the full vehicle sales journey, from enquiry to handover, with focus on service and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has sales targets experience, strong communication, a professional appearance and a full UK driving licence. The role requires Monday to Saturday attendance with a day off in the week.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience preferred (automotive a plus).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
• Professional, presentable demeanor and customer focus.
• Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Able to work Monday–Saturday rota.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Sell vehicles and related products professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships and repeat business.
• Manage full sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Complete sales paperwork accurately.
• Support showroom presentation and marketing activities.
• Attend training and team meetings.
