Job summary

Worcester Carsales in the West Midlands is seeking a full-time Sales Executive for our Stourbridge showroom. You will engage customers in the showroom and on the forecourt, understand their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection and purchase.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, arranging test drives, presenting finance/insurance options clearly, following up leads, and coordinating with service and administration to ensure smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Candidate has vehicle or retail sales experience with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Ability to explain finance, leasing, and insurance products clearly and compliantly.
• Experience with dealership management systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced showroom.
• Interest in automotive sector and sustainable transport technologies.
• Willingness to work weekends and peak trading periods.
• Valid UK driving licence and clean driving record.
• Motability or mobility schemes experience is a plus.
• Sales/business training or equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities
