Silcom Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator for a busy car dealership in Milton Keynes. You will support the Accountant and handle administration from vehicle locating to invoicing, taxing and delivery paperwork.

The role focuses on new and used car sales administration with reporting, stock ordering and teamwork—ideally with Kerridge experience and strong organisational skills.

Competenze

• Excellent organisational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Current/previous motor trade experience in a Sales Admin role or similar is essential.
• Kerridge system experience preferred but not essential.

Mansioni

• To complete all administrative tasks required to complete a vehicle sale, from locating the vehicle through to invoicing, taxing and preparing the paperwork for delivery.
• New & Used Car Sales Administration.
• Check and maintain reports, including vehicle debtor report, demo stock report and monthly demo write-downs.
• New Car stock ordering and management.
• We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and a strong minded person who can work as part of a team or individually.
