Silcom Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator for an established new & used car dealership near Bolton. You will support the Sales Manager and Dealership Accountant, handling end-to-end administrative tasks for vehicle sales.

The role requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work well in a team or alone, with Kerridge experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous motor trade experience in a Sales Admin role.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work as part of a team or independently.

Responsabilités

• Complete all admin tasks required to finish a vehicle sale from locating the vehicle to invoicing.
• Handle new & used car sales administration.
• Check and maintain vehicle debtor reports, demo stock reports, and monthly demo write-downs.
• Oversee new car stock ordering and management.
• Kerridge system experience preferred but not essential.
• Work with the Sales Manager and Dealership Accountant.
