Job summary
Hyundai Motor UK is seeking a Business Development Data Insights Manager based in Leatherhead. You’ll turn complex data into clear insights that strengthen profitability of the UK retailer network, combining financial, sales and market analysis with commercial understanding to identify opportunities and risks.
You’ll develop accurate dashboards and forecasting tools, support informed business decisions, and coach retailers and cross-functional teams to improve margins, efficiency and long-term
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive retail operations and network development.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint for financial models.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse retailer data to assess financial performance and identify profit opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, flash reports, forecasts and management reporting for retailers and stakeholders.
- Diagnose drivers of underperformance and share best practices to improve margins and profitability.
- Assess financial viability of retailer operations and support retailer decisions on standards and margin.
- Own data quality, governance and reporting accuracy across composite and commercial data.
