LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a customer-focused Sales Advisor to build lasting relationships and drive sales in a branch setting. You will become the trusted advisor on LKQ Euro Car Parts products and work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering fantastic customer service
• Experience in a sales advisor/customer service role
• Ability to plan, prioritise and problem solve

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers aiming to win sales and deliver excellent service within the branch
• Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings and be seen as the trusted advisor
• Collaborate with other branch areas to meet customer needs
• Ensure all callbacks are completed promptly
• Work with internal teams to understand products and anticipate customer needs
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to understand returns and reduce return rates
• Use business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups
