You will become a product expert, collaborating with colleagues to meet customer needs and improve overall service levels. A proactive, team-oriented approach will help you succeed in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering fantastic customer service.
• Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.

• Build relationships with customers aiming to win sales and provide excellent service within the branch.
• Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts offerings and be seen as the trusted advisor.
• Work collaboratively with other areas of the branch to meet customer needs.
• Ensure all callbacks are completed promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the business to anticipate customer needs.
• Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand returns and reduce the return rate through better relationships.
• Utilise business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups.
