LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales within a busy branch network. You will become the trusted advisor for LKQ Euro Car Parts products, building enduring relationships with customers and collaborating with internal teams to meet demand.

Ideal candidates will have prior sales or customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Windows and MS Office products.

Competenze

• A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service.
• Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
• Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve
• Knowledge of SOP systems
• To be result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets

Mansioni

• Build relationships with customers aiming to win sales and provide excellent service within the branch.
• Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings to customers as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with other branch teams to meet customer needs.
• Ensure all call backs are completed in a timely manner.
• Work with internal teams to understand products and anticipate customer needs.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor on returns and reduce return rates by stronger relationships.
• Use business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups.
