Qualifications

Passion for delivering fantastic customer service.
Experience as a sales advisor or in customer service roles.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
Able to plan, prioritise and solve problems.
Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOP) systems.
Motivated to deliver and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers to win sales and deliver excellent service within the branch.
Become an expert on LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings and be the trusted advisor.
Collaborate with branch teams to meet customer needs and ensure timely calls back.
Work with internal teams to understand products and stay ahead of customer needs.
Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor on returns and reduce return rates by strong relationships.
Use business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups.
