• Experience in a parts/automotive role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Well organised with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs for parts through conversation and diagnosis.
• Inform customers about promotions and offers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to external and internal customers.
• Receive, record and allocate parts from suppliers.
• Report stock damages or losses and assist stock checks.
• Maintain manufacturer displays and abide by department procedures.
• Develop knowledge through manufacturer training.
