Steven Eagell Group is seeking a Parts Advisor for Toyota Oxford. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, advising on parts and accessories, and ensuring parts availability supports workshop schedules.

Formación

• Customer-focused with ability to understand both stated and underlying needs.
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage stock, orders and administration.
• Experience in automotive parts, retail, trade sales or similar customer-facing environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer experience by understanding needs and recommending parts.
• Provide pricing, availability and product information in person and over the phone.
• Promote and maximise sales of genuine parts and current promotions.
• Manage parts stock levels, ordering, goods receipt, storage and returns.
• Support the Service team by ensuring parts availability aligns with workshop schedules.
• Process warranty claims and supplier returns per manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain accurate administration and records; coordinate parts deliveries.
