Job summary

EMaC Ltd. is seeking a motivated Network Repair Manager in the UK to develop and manage our repair network, liaising with clients and operations.

You will source suppliers, negotiate discounts, monitor SLAs, and expand partnerships to build a robust, compliant network that supports our customers and strategic goals. The role requires at least 5 years in network management, exceptional negotiation and relationship skills, and a proactive, change-embracing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Negotiate competitive labour and parts discounts to optimise cost-efficiency.
• Implement and monitor SLAs and quality control methods.
• Manage and expand supplier partnerships to ensure a robust network.
• Source and manage supporting systems crucial for operations.
• Ensure the network’s seamless integration and usage by operational teams.
• Develop a UK-leading repair network aligned with long-term company strategy.
• Facilitate communication between clients, commercial teams and operations on SMR issues or complaints.
• Support issues including operational legislation and GDPR compliance for network providers.
